A writing meme against the clock - Write a drabble related to each song that plays on shuffle. You only have the time frame of the song to finish the drabble; you start when the song starts, and stop when it's over. Mine are all Ron Weasley centred.

At the Final Battle, Ron takes a curse which throws him into an Alternate Universe in which he was never born. Voldemort never fell in 1981, and his right-hand man is none other than Arthur Weasley, the patriarch of a family full of Death Eaters. Ron must either find a way home in the midst of this war or help defeat the Dark Lord again.

Ronald Weasley isn't the same as his family. He's alone, and abused, and hurt in his head. He's only eleven, and they're killing him with words. (Molly bashing, almost a Severitus, but with Ron instead of Harry. Verbal abuse. No Romance. Purely family. Rated T.
