An entire world cannot be encapsulated by in a game. After all, life isn't a game. Even a different version of the same game might provide an entirely different perspective. The World of an Otome Game might be Tough for Mobs, but everyone in can be the main character of their own story.

Leon quite enjoyed pissing people off at times, except when he didn't. In one series of events from Leon deciding to just pass on that, Leon gets what he wants and the universe finds a few new hate magnets.
