Technically a crossover. The twelve main characters from a still in-progress gritty medieval fantasy story are inexplicably de-aged and thrown into the Hogwarts Sorting as though they had always been there. Antics ensue. Since this was written as a character development exercise that got out of hand, a minor theme is the self inserted author attempting to give them an out.
