There was a harsh, scraping sound of claws over concrete. Hulking shadows clambered over the wreckage, drool dripping into the mud from their sharp fangs. Grunting, Erol cocked his gun. "If we survive," he said over his shoulder, "I'm still going to shoot you." "Likewise," Jak growled, trying to find some purchase in the slippery ground. (No ships, but lotsa brotherly devotion.)
Pseudo-follow-up to Introspective Hero. During and post Jak X. Krew left one last gift to his daughter, to either help her cement her power or protect her from Mizo's wrath. Now that she stands victorious after the championship, she collects that gift to use as she sees fit in her growing empire. Dark themes.
Extreme situations call for quick thinking, bravery and inventive solutions. Sig proves why he's a true survivor and friend when he needs to quickly - VERY quickly - hide Jak after the Demolition Duo fails a vital mission they got from Krew.
When something goes wrong and Jak disappears into Haven forest, leaving Daxter and their communicator behind, the only solution is to call in the Freedom HQ's second heavy. Sig sure didn't sign up for wrestling with Dark Jak, but hey, a guy's gotta do what a guy's gotta do. You can't expect Daxter to do THAT.
Oh my, it's the seventh year at Hogwarts for Harry and his friends. But something is not like it used to be. Hermione has undergone a very... very sudden change. Might a certain Slytherin boy have something to do with this?
