As far as I know Casey's little sister has not been shown or named yet. I think that since she could be an important character in the 2012 show that it would make more sense to re-imagine a character from different versions of TMNT then make here up completely. I think that the best choices to have as his sister are...

it would have been so easy to have cannon gay characters in the Harry Potter series. All this stuff that JK Rowling said about it not having enough time or would distract from the original trio is nonsense. So here are a few short sentences doing what JK failed to do.

He sat defiantly on the stool with his chin held high and expression passive as he ignored the harsh whispers of the students, no doubt making snide remarks about his family.
