AU Thomas has applied and been accepted to Seoul National University for a semester long Study Abroad program. He receives information about his roommate and both secretly stalk each other's social media profiles before Thomas arrives. Set during the film after Thomas runs into the Maze to help Minho and Alby. While the other Gladers were prepared to expect the worst, Chuck holds out hope that they'll make it.

After Thomas wakes up from The Changing, he asks Chuck to grab Newt to call a Gathering. Little did he know that the older Glader was worried about him – more so than just as another shank in the Glade.

In the midst of all the madness after leaving the Maze, Thomas discovers that Newt is jealous of Aris's sudden appearance and doesn't want to share Thomas.
