Takes place directly after Champion. I finished that book, and I felt like I needed some closure, so I wrote this. Basically, it's all about June and Day and what happens to them. Sorry, it's really unfinished! Please, please review, I need feedback!

It takes place before Maria is saved from the unicorn. She doesn't drown, but washes up on shore in the forest. Maria knows that her return would cause discontent between the families once again due to a conversation she overhears, so she knows she cannot. What will happen to her after she grows up in the forest alone with this knowledge? Will she ever be reunited with her family?

"Please don't go," he begged. "I would never leave you," she told him but the fear in both of their hearts was that she wouldn't have a choice. (WARNING: Contains spoilers for the Hobbit movies) This summary sucks but please read!
