Lady of the Sky

  • In the Floating Castle

It's a world of almost unimaginable potential. Everything in points and skills, with nothing in your way between you and success. But the danger is just as great in Aincrad. Once you're in the floating castle, there's no out until you win. "But can we do it, Hal? Do you really think we'll make it out?" She scoffs, rolls her eyes. "Of course, Emmi. There's no way we can't."

  • Coming Aware and Losing Sight of It

What could it possibly be like to be in the game? Not in the 'living in the Pokémon world as a trainer,' type of way- at least not exactly. What's it like in that cartridge, after the game is won and all is said and done? In Pokémon LeafGreen, the player character's usefulness has run out. The cartridge battery will soon follow. There's no goal to be had. What of her world, then?

  • The Madness of the Sea

What kind of life can one wish to live alone at sea? A good question, but the answer can well be less than desirable. Was the one from the ocean real, or simply an illusion? How can one tell with no one else to say? Perhaps his mind is trying to escape itself; regardless, he's gone now. And Lukas is lost again. (This may become a chapter fic, depending on its reception.)
