It was completely the wrong shape for a human and Harry was not an Animagus, so was very used the shape of a human, and therefore clearly aware of his very much not human shaped body. He now had too long a spine, legs that felt like they bent in all the wrong ways, something itched terribly on his back between his shoulders, and there was a sense of extra-ness at the tail bone.
