One-shot character study of Remus just after Halloween 1981. Sad, poetic.. references past-tense wolfstar.
How does Remus cope with his lycanthropy in an AU in which he has an absent mother, distant father, and no close friends? 'The Room of Requirement gives me a dark place to regain control.'
A reunion and a lesson. No one holds a grudge like Sirius Black. After not speaking to Remus for years, the werewolf reaches out and they agree to meet in a park one autumn day. Takes place in an AU where Peter was a Slytherin and James and Lily pass away before having children. An exercise/experiment that's basically a closing scene. The reader decides what led up to this point.
AU one-shot (with HBP spoilers) recounting the final battle against Voldemort from Remus' point of view. A relatively quick, dramatic read. M/M pairing, rating just to be safe. "Perhaps the Sorting Hat was right about me, because I expect fear, yet find none."
Can losing control be a blessing in disguise? A Wolfstar story about confused motives and false assumptions. Set just before/during 7th year. Eventual bits of angst and fluff. "That Sirius wanted to tell Lupin about his earliest memories, his most secret dreams, and oldest fears was hidden away with all the stubborn determination of a teenage boy in denial."
