The story consists of two vignettes focusing mainly on the relationship between Mikey and Leo. The first part takes place during the final moments of "Parasitica" where the guys are cleaning up the lair. They really don't give Mikey the credit he deserves. And the second part takes place in the beginning of season 3 after Leo is injured.He needs the comfort only family can provide.

A little support from your family can do wonders when you are suffering from a loss. And after losing Karai to the mutagen, Master Splinter is visibly upset about it. Mikey wishes to make things a bit better.

An ailment plagues one of the brothers. At first it appears as a simple sickness. Yet it quickly manifests, and the symptoms get progressively worse. A race against time ensues. A cure must be forged before it will be completely ineffective, and the brothers could lose one of their own.
