Tag to "The Scimitar." Because there were some really lovely Liz/Don moments and the episode seemed to demand a bit of a followup to all those lovely moments.
How is it that Don and Liz came to be sharing an office and subsequently, so buddy-buddy? This is my take on how that may have happened.
Liz gets a telling glimpse of what her life would be like in Nebraska.
A story that arose out of a conversation between Lizicia & myself with respect to her extremely fine We Didn't Start the Fire. Basically she challenged/requested/dared (take your pick) me to write my version of the same sort of situation she portrayed in Fire. So here we are. My version.
A tag to "A Sin to Err" in which I imagine Jack and Daniel taking a break from interrogating Peggy (like they think it's going to be easy... hmph!) and learn even more about her past as well as learn just how the other feels about her. If you squint, it's perhaps a wee bit more Daniel/Peggy-centric than Jack/Peggy, but I left it open for interpretation.
This little piece owes its existence to Airsay whose review to THOSE LEFT BEHIND planted the seed of the idea to write Caitlin's POV, in this case, as more of a continuation. Can also be loosely tied into THINGS WE LEAVE BEHIND. While technically, this is far more a Flash-centric story it can also be considered an ARROW crossover. Post both fall finales.
Tag to Episode 1.09, a little bit more of that wishful thinking where Barry and Caitlin talk in the wake of their mutual no good, terrible, very bad day. Can be considered a loose tie-in to Those Left Behind.
First foray into the FLASH world. More and more I've been enjoying Barry & Caitlin's interactions and what appears to be an increasing awareness between them. Just playing with a "What if?" scenario. Bonus appearance from Felicity Smoak and making some presumptions about ARROW and Oliver's upcoming trip to face off against R'as al Ghul.
A stand alone tag to Ep 3.2 "Sara." Just a little something that popped into my head and wouldn't let go.
Just a little something as we head toward S2 (YAY!). Even since before Anslo Garrick, I've had a soft spot for exchanges between Red and Don. Red gets just such a charge from jerking Don's chain. To the best of my knowledge, Don never has called Liz "Lizzie." If he has, let's pretend it never happened. While Liz isn't physically in the story, she's very much a part of it.
I appear to be on a bit of a roll—another short "missing" scene, this one the conversation that I imagine could have transpired between Diggle and Felicity, based on that look they exchanged. Seriously, Diggle needs to start charging by the hour. A companion piece to A SMART GIRL, BUT STILL A GIRL.
A missing scene that's stayed with me since the finale. I couldn't help but wonder why John would have felt compelled to give Oliver & Felicity a moment alone at the end of the episode. In my mind, he'd already had one of those brotherly conversations with Oliver. This is that conversation. Read John & Felicity's conversation in A STRONG GIRL.
Juliet has one final goodbye to say. A tag to 1967: A Psych Odyssey. Spoiler warnings apply.
