  • Alternate Smaugs

These are some whimsical looks at how Smaug's attack on the Dwarves of Erebor might have gone in a different universe. Rated K-plus; the language is all K.

  • Smaugth

What if a certain infamous dragon was more like the dragons from "Dragonriders of Pern?" It would certainly cause some changes! This story is rated K-plus; the language is all K.

  • Lightning and Death Itself

Toothless uses a little-known dragon ability to alter the outcome of the romantic flight... and the very nature of his passengers. Rated T for subject matter; the language is all K. Dragon!Hiccup, dragon!Astrid, some Hiccstrid, no slash. This story got its one millionth view on July 7, 2018 - thank you!

  • The Princesses of Pern

Twelve lovely young ladies find their places on Pern. Do you recognize them? Well, it's a small world after all.

  • How to Be a Good Dragon

When you start a new job, your company may give you an "employee's handbook" explaining your rights and responsibilities. What if the dragons of Pern did something like that for newly-hatched dragons? This is what it might look like. It contains good advice for all dragons, mingled with their befuddlement as they deal with the vagaries of the human race.

  • Dreamer

This short story is about a girl who lives at the bottom of Pern's social ladder, her hard reality, and her dreams of a better life. Rated K-plus; the language is all K.

  • The Felines of Pern

There is an intelligent species on Pern that has a bad reputation, even though we know almost nothing about them. How do they live? Why are they attacking Pern's humans and dragons? Are they just savage predators, or are they reasonable beings? This story takes place right after "The Skies of Pern." Rated K-plus; the language is all K.

  • Telling Them Apart

The main battle in the second movie might have turned out very differently if Drago had made one small, understandable mistake. Both Stoick and the Snowy Bewilderbeast would still be alive as a result, Drago Bludvist would have been completely humiliated, and Hiccup and Valka would have shared a good laugh together. One-off.

  • Snotlout's Bride

It's Snotlout's turn to find a wife. He has high standards, but to his amazement, he gets the girl he deserves. Hoo-boy, does he ever! Will either of them survive? This is a sequel to "Hiccup's Bride" (the original timeline), and you should read that story first if you haven't read it already. Snotlout xOC, with some Hiccstrid. Rated T for adult themes; the language is all K.

  • Bewilderment

There is evidence to suggest that the Snowy Bewilderbeast isn't really dead. I don't want him to be dead; I like that dragon! But the Muddy Bewilderbeast did SOMETHING to keep him out of the rest of the battle. What really happened out there... and how will it affect Berk, Toothless, and Hiccup? Rated K-plus to be safe; the language is all K. One-shot.

  • Dimmadreki

Hiccup thinks his life is hard... but then a witch's spell forces him to flee the village or die. Now he doesn't even know what he can eat. His only possible helper refuses to believe his story, and her plans for him are unspeakable. He realizes he still has a lot to learn about a hard life. Dragon!Hiccup xOC. Rated T for some adult themes; the language is all K.

  • For the Love of Two

It has been a year and a half since Victoria Van Dort left the Land of the Living forever. Victor is so distraught that he's seriously considering giving up his life in exchange for love... but whose love? Warning: character deaths (but that's not so bad in a story like this). Rated T for brief allusions to adult themes; the language is all K.

  • A Mixed Movie Review

I couldn't help noticing that the plot for HTTYD2 is almost identical to the plot for The Lion King. Did anyone else notice this?

  • Repetition's Just Like Prison

Why are so many fanfic plots so similar? How does Hiccup feel about being in so many stories that all sound the same? Massive breaking of the fourth wall. Rated T for allusions to adult themes; the language is all K.

  • The Dragons of Heaven

Could there be dragons in Heaven? Is it possible to reconcile such a belief with what the Bible says? And can we work HTTYD into such a mix without being blasphemous? I think so, in a fanfic kind of a way. Rated K-plus, just to be safe; the language is all K.

  • Thawing Together

With Anna going away on her honeymoon with Kristoff, who will help Elsa keep her power under control? Sometimes the help you need comes from an unexpected source. Sometimes it can even change your life. This is a sequel to "Frozen Together." Elsa xOC, some little bits of Kristanna. Rated K-plus; the language is all K.

  • Something to Talk About

What if Hiccup had actually tried to talk to his father in the back room of the forge? Would it have made any difference? Whether it did or not, it's still interesting to think about. Rated K-plus; the language is all K. One-off.

  • Frozen Together

What would have happened if Elsa had found the courage to say three tiny words near the beginning of the movie? Things might have turned out somewhat differently, especially with a few other plausible plot twists. This story is rated K-plus; the language is all K.

  • A Nadder's Mystery

The canon cast's younger siblings get a LOT more than they bargained for when they rescue a lost baby dragon from a cave. OC's. Rated K-plus for mild violence; the language is all K. This story is set in my "Lightning and Death Itself" timeline.
