Based ten years after Zoids New Century Zero, this story follows the tale of aspiring pilot Reese April Watchmaker and her evolved Zeekdober as they battle for the top. But things take a turn for the worst when a group of rebels decide to topple the Guylos Empire and the Republic, causing a large scale draft on both sides.
