Tamera is a Fairy and the guardian of her home; the Meadow. Being an intelligent little girl, at the age of twelve she must leave her Meadow to attend a Fairy school, with Fairies and Pixies from around the land, but the Meadow is her home, and she despairs to leave it.

Tamera and her best friend Lauren are Meta-Humans; humans with extraordinary superpowers descended from legends. To help control these potentially dangerous powers Meta-Humans must attend Monadikos School, where they will receive special coaching with others of their kind. But locking one thousand Meta-Humans up together really that smart?
