Robin and Starfire return to Gotham after learning of the unexpected death of Tony Zucco, the man who killed Robin's parents. As things couldn't seem to be more chaotic Robin runs into Slade who starts a chain reaction of secrets to be revealed as Robin desperately tries to figure out the truth about his past.
