Five ordinary boys discover that they have extraordinary powers and travel to the Alfea College for Fairies and form a rock group with the rest of their friends. But, they all also have to deal with the Jinx, four evil warlocks; as well as the evil tyrant of Orion, Princess Alchemy and her righthad woman mistress Ciena.

In order to get rid of his enemies, X.A.N.A. traps the Elyon in another dimension and traps the Guardians of Kandrakar on Lyoko, deleting the Lyoko Warriors' avatars. After some experiences, the Lyoko Warriors become the new Guardians of Lyoko and now have a new mission: To rescue Elyon and W.I.T.C.H. and stop Phobos and X.A.N.A. once and for all.
