Taking place shortly after "Shadow the Hedgehog", it appears that not all is at it seems with the Chaos Emeralds. As soon as they're found they disappear, taking their possessor along with them. With the team quickly dwindling, they have little time to uncover the truth and find the others, before the planet's very own essence is lost to time.

The ducks get back to Puckworld and find that the Saurian War is over. The surviving six are now heroes that are about to be officially announced to the world.
