This is a parody of hte song, "Last kiss." It's called The Last Hiss. This goes off in Voldemort's head when he see that most of the horcruxes have been destroyed. If some of makes no sense, great! It's not supposed to. Because, Voldemort, by this point, is kinda tied up with the insanity rope. He is so angry, he's been driven into a rage so profound, Hanging by a strand.
