Arthur deeply regrets sending Merlin away almost a year ago, after the Battle of Camlann. Mordred at his side, the king leaves Camelot in search of his friend. The one thing Arthur is sure of is that, no matter where he is, Merlin is alright; after all, he's more than capable of looking after himself. The king's conviction is misplaced, though; Merlin is in fact far from alright...

An alternate version of the final episode of Merlin Season 5, picking up at the point in the episode where Emrys has come to the rescue of Camelot's army and Arthur is about to face Mordred.
