After the episode Freedom of the Press. A stranger comes to the tavern and tells Victoria he's Zorro. While Diego is alarmed, Victoria is happy to talk to him. Have some fun.

Victoria finds an expensive gift in Diego's possession and wonders who it is for

Diego suffers from a concussion resulting in a total memory loss. Walking and talking as his true self Zorro, he doesn't understand the shocked reaction of his family and Victoria and the consequences it has on his life. Chapters 1 2 are identical to the short version, but the rest and ending will be different

A permanent injury ends Diego's role as Zorro. Unable to explain his injury he stays away from Los Angeles, abandoning his future with Victoria. Without Zorro's support Victoria can't withstand the alcalde's oppression, unable to go on. Will Diego be able to accept the love of Victoria and his father? Diego and Victoria realize how much they need each other.

NW Zorro - Victoria realizes that Zorro can never be a husband to grow old with and give her the home and the family she longs for. Is there any hope for a happy future? Diego realizes that he can never marry her as long as he is Zorro. Is it so easy to give up? But he is not the only one to make a sacrifice.

This takes place after the episode "Armed and Dangerous" where Victoria was taken hostage by two bandits in the prison who threatened to kill her if their demands were not met. After Victoria was freed by Zorro, she has to cope with the events. In desperate need for a shoulder to cry on, she chooses 'safe' Diego.

Story for the challenge 'A death in the Pueblo'. On the wedding day with Diego Victoria goes missing and there are hints she has left with Zorro. Can Diego find out in time what has happened to her before it's too late?
