Sequel to Escape Attempt 49: the team has gone back to their old lives and everything seems to be back to normal until Blowhole crash lands in an English POW camp demanding to see Kowalski. Meanwhile, Hans apparently isnt dead and Skipper and Marlene have gone missing. The team will somehow have to get back together again to rescue Skipper and the vital information he was carrying.

Three years ago Kowalski and Hans met Skipper, Rico and Private on a polar expedition at the same time as he lost the love of his life to a tragic accident. At least, he thought she was dead until he saw he in the background of a photograph, seemingly in danger. Unable to lose Doris again Kowalski and the team will risk everything to rescue her, but why is she running from them?

After the events of Escape Attempt 50, it looks like Hans is finally about to get his just deserts after pulling one too many double crosses, though Skipper and the team are once again stuck in Blowhole's POW camp. However, Skipper's gut is pretty certain Hans is up to something. However, things take a serious turn when Doris is accused of murder.
