Emma Swan is a cop, and Regina a recent addition to the jail. Will Emma see the truth? One shot. Not a lot of plot.

What if instead of Henry, Regina had adopted Emma and raised her as her daughter all along? If Emma had grown up inside storybrooke and Regina had taken a potion to forget that Emma was adopted? My first Once A/U please be gentle with it, and don't be afraid to throw out any suggestions. :)
