Set after Robert punched Bricker and left Cora alone to find solitude in his dressing room.

Setting: 1 year after the bicker incident. Cora and Robert are victim of a crime at their London residence. It is my first attempt at writing action. Big thanks to Kat-of-the-Streets for proof reading! Rated M just to be safe.

Modern fic. Robert Crawley is a president of a property company and John Bates is his VP. Their company is in trouble after Robert's cousin James embezzled their fund. Murray offer something that Robert cannot refuse. A help from an American. Rated M just to be safe. I never know what comes up to my mind when I write.

Robert fell from a horse and he lost his memory. He cannot recognize anyone when he wakes up. Cora is trying to make him remember things again. (Told in 1st Person POV)

The sky is dark and gloomy. Cora is taking a walk out at the backyard of Downton but she has not come back. Robert who is worried then set out to find her.

As time goes by and wrinkle over wrinkle appears on their faces and their employers' faces they know the day would come when any one of them will passes by this lifetime. But no matter how much they prepared their minds. It still hurts when it happens.
