After killing 2 Cops, the Police are patrolling the area of the Safe House in which Jericho, Baron and other members of the Red Empire are hiding... 3 Weeks into the investigation, the Red Empire have to do something to make the Police back off. Michael "Smallz" Snow and his two homies: Lonez and T-Trix go into Ballas Country to work out a deal.

Jason Lebront works with his crew Michael "Smallz" Snow and Jericho, along with his Gang of 37 Members: The Red Empire to claim their own Turf in the streets of San Andreas. The Turf they're after is owned by the Grove Street Families or GSF and they don't have any guns... But they do have a Plan.
