Rivet needs some advice from Clank in how to possibly deal with getting a certain Lombax to notice Mort, who has a crush on him. Yes, Mort, because she's totally the one who has a crush on Ratchet, and absolutely not Rivet herself, because she's not the one who has the crush on him, no sir. She's not asking for herself, she's just asking on behalf of her good friend, and not lying.
Kaden lost everything when Tachyon attacked. His wife, his son, his best friend. Almost his life, too. He should be thankful he's still alive, but an unfortunate set of circumstances has left him separated from his son, who is stranded in another dimension, all alone. He swears that he will reunite with him one day, but when will that day come? (AU)
As we all know, Clank is quite the Casanova, seeming to have an irresistible charm to the ladies that he is always sure to take advantage of, always ready to return a smooth line to make the girls giggle. But what if Kit too had an allure to herself that also caught the attention of others? And being the shy wallflower that she is, how would she possibly respond to such advances?
It was just another typical day in the Slaughterplex, with Rivet cracking heads as Zurkon Jr. all-too-eagerly revels in the delicious violence. But when he goes a little overboard in giving her an extra challenge, an unknown warbot comes to her aid in the nick of time before disappearing just as suddenly. And upon seeing her, Junior thought only one thing: She was beautiful.
Hooray, it's time for the holidays! But as Clank and Kit sleep in preparation for the exciting day tomorrow, Rivet is resolved to stay up to greet Ratchet when he comes back home from his quick pit stop on Veldin. And this is going to take a lot of coffee.
Lombax ships are at the pinnacle of spacecraft technology, in no small thanks to their sentient aritficial intelligence. But the thing about sentient things is that they have personalities. And some personalities are... well... unique. Much to the dismay of one such owner.
