The year is 1988 and tensions between Colran and Elktan are increasing on a daily basis. The fire at Marsten Hall was the final straw. A year later James, living in occupied Northern Coltar, is forced to begin to play out his role in the grand scheme of things. His problems seem to come to the forefront a few days before the new Captain comes to the town.
