In a rundown town, far off from the heights of U.A, an unheard of school houses many students whose dreams of becoming pro heroes were dashed. But as luck would have it, their teacher surprises them with their own mini festival to draw more attention to the town! There are certain students, however, who wish to use this event as an opportunity for something more devious. (All OC)
