Dreamland is no stranger to tropical storms. It's a normal occurrence; something the native inhabitants of Pupuland are quite familiar with. Thus it isn't usually a cause for alarm for anyone, even with the most violent of weather. However, what happens when one of Dreamlands youngest inhabitants is afraid of stormy weather, and becomes unlucky enough to get caught up in one?
