After witnessing the death of his best friend, Naruto escapes to a different world to start over. He is found by Ra's Al Ghul who molds him to do what he wishes: to make the world a better places as an assassin. Finding residence in Smallville, Naruto deals with the likes of The Flash, Batman and Green Arrow as heroes rise, teams are formed and he sets to help the world.

The Spectre is a being of Vengeance, of Justice. It is a being that, despite limitations, delivers wrath upon those who truly deserve it. For the last few centuries, that being has been the aloof Naruto Uzumaki. However, with the rise of Heroes and Villains, Naruto decides to re engage himself with the world.

Killed by Madara and Obito after witnessing his best friend's death, Naruto is sent to another universe where he is made into Superman's and Thor's clone. Though he isn't a villain, he doesn't consider himself a hero either and fights to remove the scum from the Eart that threatens to rise to power as his old enemies had.
