Time passes and Daria is at a point in life where there is an opportunity for one last great adventure. She chooses a very big adventure. It is one with no guarantees even of return! While certainly out of her comfort zone, Daria finds that even great adventures can reflect the day to day life she has known before. It is also time to reflect on her life.

This story takes place a few months after Daria has returned to Lawndale after several years in New York City. Daria has settled into her new job and things are going well. That is things are going well until they are not. You will read about Daria's experiences over a crucial period of seven weeks. This story follows my first story, "Daria in the Ring."

This is a series of short stories about a more mature Daria. We see Daria first in an environment which has been safe and familiar, but her life is about to change. You will see her relationships with familiar characters you first met back in Lawndale, but they too have had their lives change. Join Daria on her new journey. It is a journey which is both familiar and not.
