No ninja is able to defeat a Bijuu alone except another Bijuu, Jinchuuriki are actual threats rather than babies that two Akatsuki members can defeat without dropping a sweat, no one is some otherworldly OP human god who could wipe the floor with all of Kohona's forces, better overall system.
