Neglected Naruto meets Kurama at 5 YO. He accepts to host it inside his body rather than inside the prison in exchange for learning how to speak, for gaining strength and because Kurama would stop putting him in a permanent paranoia of his own shadow and of darkness. The Narutoverse is plunged into an eternal genjutsu while Alduin messes up the space time of Tamriel. Both worlds collide and merge with each other, Alduin's influence nullifying the positive part of the genjutsu and reverting everything to the original story within the new merged world. OC, Naruto and Sasuke form a party in the Adventurers Guild and start their tale of greatness.
Young Naruto finds about his clan before graduating. He wants to rebuild his clan in Uzushiogakure and leaves Konoha where he's not welcome anyway. He travels...to the exact opposite of his destination. He finds Karin out of Kusa and recruits her to go on an adventure, explains her she's probably an Uzumaki and they go to the Land of Whirlpools...unconscious of the dangers awaiting
Alternate universe Naruto, Tenten and Shikamaru are in team Tsunade. Naruto with RPG-style abilities on top of some of the interesting ones from Naruto like fuuinjutsu and Shikamaru's shadow possession, no character class but kind of RPG-based roles, mix of the narutoverse and Dofus goofiness and mix of PVP like Naruto and PVE/PVM like Dofus and Monster Hunter for variety.

Naruto enters his parents' house while looking for shelter after being attacked by a drunkard. The Inuzuka convince the Hokage to let them adopt him, but after Danzo tried to snatch him, they fake his death to make him come as a distant relative looking for shelter in Konoha until he's old enough to get his family's legacy without being killed. Danzo killed after Uchiha massacre.
Naruto is found by Jiraya while adults are beating him in a back alley. The Sannin brings him to Tsunade because Konoha's hospital doesn't do any effort for him. Tsunade and Jiraya adopt Naruto and Tsunade forces Jiraya to be a good father, as well as exchanging his perverted habits for her becoming his muse. She uses his wallet for any expanses. Anko will be Oro's good alternative
Naruto learns as fast as shadow clone technique but shadow clone doesn't give muscle memory, only gathering information and fighting tool. Kung-fu Naruto and Tenten, who switches team and age with Sakura. Tenten ranged kenjutsu (like ethereal blades in RPG) on top of basic medical ninjutsu and kung-fu saberfighting. Sasuke ninjutsu specialist medical basics. Skills before Wave.
Naruto is attacked by vengeful villagers lead by Mizuki who want to kill him in order to be able to move on from the pain of seeing the Kyuubi everyday. He lets the Bijuu out and kills them all. Then he flees Konoha and kills his pursuers, but enters a mental trauma. Orocimaru finds him and brings him to Otogakure to recover from the trauma and places hopes into him. Morally grey.
