There is no sole survivor instead their is Liberator a pre-war ghoul and veteran of anchorage and Cody Mason the last of the Youth Battalion and last Minutemen child soldier. Under Liberator the Minutemen will mechanize and thrive however Corneria needs help the Minutemen will fight for more than the Commonwealth they will for the whole galaxy.
