Nedzu expected a lot of things to happen on that day. All for One returning from death to blackmail him into enrolling his children - and almost three dozen of their friends, most of them related to various supervillains - into the UA and organizing a hyper-realistic (and publically transmitted) wargame between them and the Hero Course was certainly not on the list.

The entire cast of MHA has the distinct misfortune of being born way earlier. Just in time to witness the Dawn of Quirks. Izuku Midoriya awakens a powerful telekinetic quirk... and, being the superhero fanboy, he decides to become one. And he won't let his broken body, lack of funds, and the on-going collapse of the country around him stop him from achieving his dream. [Izux3girls]

All Might left his home that evening hoping to find a successor. Instead he found his old lover (that he thought died years ago), discovered that he has a son, offered him his quirk... and adopted a few additional children. The Paranormal Liberation War ended years ago - and both sides lost. The chaos accompanying its aftermath let the country slide into what's a developing totalitarian regime. The hope seems lost, at least until a ghost from the past begins to gather others like him - those broken and forgotten - for their final performance before exiting the stage.

"Alright, so now that we have that covered..." Midoriya says. "I'm going to address the main issue. Continuing my hero career AND maintaining all the logical ruses I need to keep the teachers fooled is getting harder and harder nowadays. Why you ask?" He sighs. Following the Kamino Ward battle, the heroes discover that All for One has a child - and said child is one the first year of the UA Heroics Course. Heroes won their war against the All for One - but they lost the peace that followed. As heroes battle heroes and schemes and intrigues run rampant, a new organization rises up. Villains? Vigilantes? Heroes? What do those words even mean nowadays? Perhaps it's time to find them a new meaning...
