Professor McGonagall worried for poor Harrys wellbeing, sends the most unlikely man to check up on him a year before he's meant to be at Hogwarts, how events will unfold, is anyone's guess... (NOTE: I would just like to point out this story is a draft and I haven't done anything with it for a year. However I would love to get options on what people think about it anyway.)

After a lack of regular reports on now 10 year old Harry Potter's wellbeing from a secretive Dumbledore, McGonagall is at her wits end and unable to see the boy herself, she turns to the one man has no choice but to help her, but hatred runs deep and it will be hard to change a cold heart.

After a shocking lack of reports on Harry Potter's well-being during the last few years from a strangely secretive Dumbledore, McGonagall askes the one man she knows cannot refuse in seeing to the young boy's safety, despite his reluctance in doing so. Will Severus Snape's hatred from the past overcast him and his views, or will one young boy help him to forgive and free himself?
