Erik Ahlberg is not as confident he deserves to be considered a hero as it might seem. One shot.
When Della discovers her childhood hero, Ripcord McQuack, will fly Scrooge's new aeroplane at an upcoming airshow, she weasels her way into a meeting with Scrooge and the aeroplane's lead designer, Birdie McQuack. But the McQuacks have a request: that Della set up a meeting with their son, Launchpad, who they've been in contact with but has actively avoided seeing them in person.
Kilobyte pays Lord Fear a visit. In exchange for Fear's assistance defeating Ace Lightning and furthering his plans to conquer the mortal world, he gives him an upgrade. Meanwhile, Chuck and Mark decide to find out what Kilobyte is up to, alone.
Mark faces the prospect of returning to school and Ace tries to convince Fear that they need to work together in order to defeat Kilobyte.
