Ms. Fitzpatrick's 7th grade class go on a trip to Egypt, and Kick is stuck having to write a report on the legendary boy king of Ancient Egypt, Kickankhamun. As if dealing with Kendall during the trip was bad enough, the topic of Kickankhamun's death is brought up, and Kick finds himself thrown into an ancient conspiracy involving jealousy, betrayal, and, as usual, a mummy's curse.
