It's been three years since Subaru left because of the incident. Now, after all of this time, Subaru returns with an important announcement. (crack)

After returning from Vollachia, Subaru enters a state of heartbreak when his long awaited confession of love never comes. But, things start to change when he finds himself talking to someone he hasn't seen since Priestella. In the end, they both end up helping each other. (Subaru/Sylphy). (Takes place after Arc 7, minor spoilers ahead).

With Arc 4 finally having passed, the cast has hopes of never having to watch Subaru die again. While they make plans for what do when they leave, the screen suddenly shows them all a strange meeting that was never meant to take place. An event which answers a few questions and shows what could've happened to Subaru had events played differently in his Past, Present, and Future.

The multiverse is a broad, vast concept in which we know frighteningly little. But, what if we could peer into some of the infinite possibilities and see them for ourselves? Yes... 'what if', indeed. (Up next: What if… the White Whale Subjugation Failed?)
