After dying from his illness during his fight with Sasuke, he meets the sage of six paths Hagoromo who offers him another chance at life but in a different world to which Itachi accepts. After many years of humiliating defeats by Sonic and his friends. Dr Eggman has created his latest new creation that will make his Eggman Empire finally become a reality. However unfortunately his newest creation turns against him and now is set on destroying the whole world!
