Worlds collide when the two A.I. villains, Ultron and Brainiac join forces to take the city of New York and imprison it. The Avengers travel to a new world to take back the city while also meeting a group known as the Justice League, whom they've been misled into thinking that are the ones responsible for their world being invaded.

A centuries long civil war on a dying Cybertron causes the Autobots to leave Cybertron for a new home. But the Decepticons follow them, causing a battle that ends up crashing on an unknown planet for thousands of years. The Autobots must fight to defend the people in this new world from the evil forces of the Decepticons.
