Team RWBY takes on a mission in bringing in Lux Midknight at the request of Whitley's friend. Meanwhile, Lux gets into trouble with the House when he refuses to throw in a match. When the two meet and fight, Lux offers a deal with them when they lost: he will go with Team RWBY if they help him take down the organization that is threatening him. Will they accept his offer?

It was thought that there were only two people from the past and the future with the Wild Card ability. Now, there is a third person who also has the same ability as the two, the fact that she doesn't exist in the regular timeline to join in the adventure. Together, they will solve the mystery and true purpose behind the labyrinth.
