Formally "Modern!AU Hobbit Drabbles" Since being reborn into the Modern World, the members of our beloved company have found their way back to each other and now live in the mansion named Erebor which belongs to the infamous Thorin Durin, owner Arkenstone inc. This is a story about how the former intrepid adventurers have adjusted to modern life and their shenanigans!

Set before the fall of Erebor, Balin has been charged with looking after the Durin Children for the day. He has it all planned out: Take Thorin, Dis and Frerin for a walk to explore Erebor, treat them to lunch out, maybe take them outside the city walls for some fresh air. And all done in time for tea! Perfect! What could go wrong!
