Frank Woods and Alex Mason have retired from the CIA and signed up for STARS in order to investigate a series of murder cases and disappearances in the outskirts of a mid-western town, called Raccoon City. Having become one of the best agents the CIA has ever seen, nothing could have ever prepared them for the nightmare that would ensue. Takes place in July 1998 w/ timeline changes
