Musings: Holly decides to do something about the distance between San Francisco and Toronto

Sophie is home for the winter holidays after completing her very first semester at McGill University in Montréal. She is pre-med and wants to become a Forensic Pathologist, and Gail couldn't be more proud of her! She also has a new hero, someone who she doesn't realize is also in Gail's past.

AU - This story begins at the end of Rookie Blue Season 3. When Gail takes the fall for the shooting in the lock-up of Division 15 her life begins to fall apart. After she is brought up on charges, she makes a deal to save herself and her entire life changes.
