Batman is back in action and on the hunt for Killer Croc! Meanwhile, the Joker kidnaps Harvey Dent, and the Penguin devises a scheme that may very well eliminate both the Dark Knight and the Clown Prince.

Quick timeline of what might have happened after the series left off.

On the same continuity as Class Action. With Batman out of commission and Penguins' litigation in full swing, Deadshot is paroled under dubious circumstances. Meanwhile, at Arkham Asylum, things between the Joker and Harleen Quinzel are starting to heat up.

Killer Croc has escaped Arkham Asylum, and has a score to settle. Meanwhile, the Penguin is hatching a plan of his own.

LaCroix is dead. L.A. is run by the Anarchs in a Barony system. For ten years they have lived in relative peace. Now a new threat is on the horizon. Follow threads of 7 "PC" characters as they deal with this new threat in their own ways. (Note: based on characters in VTMB, and some of the game continuity appears in an altered state as a backstory.)

Issue #3! On the same continuity as the previous 2; it might help to read them first. Not quite ready for field work, Bruce plays quarterback as Nightwing attempts to find and disarm a series of bombs apparently left throughout Gotham by the Riddler, and Commissioner Gordon attempts to interrogate Riddler in Arkham.
