This is the story of the friendships, the betrayals, and the deaths of Remus Lupin and Sirius Black. Centered around each phase of the moon, it follows their relationship step by painful step. Subject to constant revision, as new canon becomes available.
From PoA: 'I once saw a boggart make that very mistake...tried to frighten two people at once and turned himself into half a slug...' Remus remembers his third year and the boggart that led his friends to the truth about his mysterious disappearances.
Sirius comes to terms with some stupid decisions he's made, and has to deal with the consequences of his actions. I have no idea what the title has to do with anything. Written after OotP, but there are no spoilers or canon conflictions.
Fred and George have a short, semi serious conversation the night after Percy leaves. Takes place before OotP, but matches with all new canon.
I jumped on the bandwagon and wrote a Mary Sue parody. Written during the wait for Order of the Phoenix, when everyone was writing fifth year fics. This mocks them. Note: Has absolutely nothing to do with the play I stole the title from.
Snape explains his actions towards Harry in OotP. I wrote this mainly to explore an interpretation of Snape's character, but the result was that I really don't like it anymore. The interpretation, not the story. Still, it was fun to play. Pre HBP.
From CoS: 'I'm telling you, there's nothing to find in there,' said Ron, 'Riddle just got a diary for Christmas and couldn't be bothered filling it in....' Short, completely negated by HBP. Subject to revision.
In between books, Dumbledore and Voldie get bored, take vacations and coincidentally end up in the same place. They meet, they talk...about socks, pink elephants, and chocolate covered cherries, among other things. Written during the wait for OotP.
The death of James and Lily was probably the most tragic event in the Harry Potter books. The memory of it will always haunt those who it affected. Here are the stories, told as nightmares, of the people it involved. PreOotP, is in dire need of revision
An in depth look at a minor character, hypothesizing on Petunia and the way she sees herself. PreOotP. Short. Is in dire need of revision.
