Matt questions his value to the 2nd Mass after being attacked while on patrol with Hal and vows to prove, that he is a true Fighter. But not without getting himself and the 2nd Mass in harm's way. This story is set after the 2nd Mass destroyed the Espheni Grid with the Volm Weapon. This is my first fan fiction story, so please be gentle :-)
