Cat's nemesis wreaks havoc causing Blaine's health to decline further. Enough evidence proves the divinity student, janitor, and her nemesis are the same person and Cat unleashes her SAMCHI and SAMROC guardians on him. Tig isn't pleased with her method of dealing with 'Brownie' until a more important event takes precedence.

Cat enjoys a day of rest and fun with her friends at her father's direction. While she's gon and her father lies helplessly in his hospital bed, her long - time nemesis visits in disguise and reintroduces Rev. Marshall to 'Mr. Mayhem'. Fawn starts her new life in LA with Kendra. Gemma confronts Tig over being left out of the conflict with Dawn, angering Tig with her negativity.

As her father's condition worsens, Cat finds herself having to handle the aftermath of a personal betrayal via long distance. She fears the actions she has no choice but to take may spell the end of her marriage. 'Brownie' continues to plot his ultimate revenge. Tig has to decide which betrayal bothers him more, his daughter's or his wife's.
