Two days after Thanksgiving, northern Minnesota is expecting its worst snow storm in 40 years. Jonathan "Jack" O'Neill – a State Patrol Captain – has been tasked with implementing an emergency plan for his town to ensure its residents stay safe and the annual festive celebrations go ahead… but he never factored meeting the mysterious Samantha Carter into the mix. AU.

As she sat on his rooftop and looked at the stars, she could feel her world start to crumble around her – again.

Sam bit back a grin as she recalled the official title for the evening's feast; Féile Fir Fiáin. Yes, she would enjoy herself this evening. Set anytime during Season 7, purely because I love the team's chemistry. Oneshot.

The dizziness slowly recedes and makes way for memories just as vivid and it makes her ache in a way the battle she's just come through doesn't. It's an ache she only associates with him. One that is always constant, yet changing. A little missing scene from S7, Heroes.

He'd held her before, of course. But this... this was different. Set post-Threads.

He never asked, and Carter never said, but they both knew the small gesture was appreciated. Unfortunately, Jack wasn't sure the same could be said for this occasion. Set early Season 6. Two-parter.

Ever wondered why Jack hesitated, then took his sweet time entering Hammond's office that first time in Children of the Gods? Oneshot, written in response to the Sam/Jack Weekly Oneshot Challenge at GW. The prompt was 'dress blues'.

They didn't expect to be here, not like this. The upheaval, the pain, and knowing that everything had come crashing down around them. Missing scene for S4, Beneath The Surface. Can be read as a prequel to my OS 'Charged Chemistry', but can equally stand alone. S/J.

Sometimes, the best things in life are unexpected, because with them, there were no expectations in the first place. Set S1 through to S8. S/J.
